W. Scott Murphy
W. Scott Murphy is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice in the areas of plaintiffs’ personal injury and criminal defense. A native of Wayne, New Jersey, he is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park (B.S., Finance, 1989) and Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark (J.D., 1992). Mr. Murphy is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the Hudson County Bar Association (Member, Civil Practice Committee) and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
